Queen Bey has surprised fans by releasing a homemade music video for her new track ‘7/11’.
The low budget clip was released on Friday night and features the pop star energetically dancing in several locations of an apartment building and hotel.
It kicks off from a hotel balcony where Beyoncé shows her dance moves while wearing a sweatshirt, animal-print underwear and knee pads to later shift location to a bedroom, hallway and even a bathroom while featuring the star’s costume changes from her wardrobe’s wide array of outfits.
Back up female dancers join her in the indoor dance party, which appears to have been shot from a mobile phone and, at a point, to be filmed by the star herself when she picks up the camera and holds it while she pretends to take some ‘selfies’.
Her daughter Blue Ivy is also spotted in the three and a half minute clip while her mum bounces on a large white bed. But the star’s daughter arrives and leaves as she stages a very short cameo in the video.
The songs ‘7/11’ and ‘Ring Off’ will feature in Beyoncé’s ‘Platinum Edition Box Set’ which will be released on 24 November.
The two tracks will be the only new ones off the upcoming album, which will feature four new remixes along with remixes of existing songs featuring artists such as Jay Z, Kanye West, Mr. Vegas and Pharrell Williams.
Appearing as a new version of her latest album, the re-release will be a deluxe version of her last album, compiled with an extra CD and a live DVD from her recent ‘On The Run’ tour with Jay Z.
