British model Cara Delevingne has teamed up with hit-maker Pharrell Williams to record her debut single.
After the model appeared on billboards worldwide, she took the red carpet on 18 October for the premiere of ‘The Face Of An Angel’, the Amanda Knox trial film.
But the 22-year-old Delevingne has now proved to be ready for a new singing project showcasing her vocal range and talents.
To mark the model’s music career debut is her first single recorded with the man behind the hit ‘Happy’ which “they’re going to release without warning, complete with video and global launch”, as The Sun reports. “They seem to have formed a great little writing collective and apparently it’s a huge song,” added The Sun.
The launch date hasn’t been announced yet, but they have reportedly been working on it for the past eight months.
This is not the first time the two join forces as last year they posed together for a cover of Vogue magazine.

Williams hinted at his collaboration with the international model earlier this year, at the Brit Awards, when he told Capital FM during a live radio interview: “I think what people should probably focus in on, versus these specific projects, is on her, her spirit. And what she’s up to next. Trust me,” The Independent writes.
So after taking her talent to the film and music industry, what will she be up to next?
While waiting for the upcoming single, check out her singing debut, last year, along with Will Heard when she released an acoustic cover of Klangkarussell’s ‘Sun Don’t Shine’.
